Value and approach
- Pre-investment: augment due diligence by validating what is possible vs. probable with AI, and projected impact.
- Post-investment: support portfolio reviews and inform hold / sell / recap decisions.
Value and approach
- Technical validation through rapid prototyping.
- Business validation using prototyping to size costs and efforts involved, against portfolio company budget and Investment Committee case.
Value and approach
- Deploy senior partner for dedicated transformation oversight (Board level).
- Source key executives (as needed) to execute the transformation.
- Potential co-investment on the same terms as the PE sponsor, to fund the AI transformation.
